Story : Well the story was the MOst Pathetic part of the movie………….what the Heck yaar……….A Don Form U.P..A guirl to take Revenge…a boy helps him…………..i mean come on…….are you telluing us that we’re living in the 17th Century.?????????/……….Just Boring Story…………….
Cast and Performence : Well………….Akshay “Bachchhan Pandey” Roxxxxxxxxxxx…Welll Akshay Kumar’s and Anil Kapoor’s Acting was for me the USP of the MOvie…….Welllll………Kareena was htere in the Movie to shoe off her Slim and Sexy Body……but lemme tell you she doesn’t lok beautiful……..she loohs Skinny………..Thaen aal the Supporting Cast were just okay…………..
Direction :Mr.Acharya.did his homework on the technicalities but i’m afraid to say that…. he forgot to Convince the Audience……….the most IMP thing in movie making……….neverthe less….he did a good job for debutant……….
Music : Well……………2 songs were good……CHALIYAAN and DIL HARA……..aal the other were just forgettable……MUSIC is just not VISHAL SHEKHAR type………it’s just boring and makes you leave your chair and get Popcorn and Thums Up.:)
Technicles : Wel……..the Dilogues were although Expectable…..but good……Photography was better…….Cenematography was up to the mark……….Choreography. was like okay…….all the othertechinacals were normal……
well….this is it……nothing more to say about it…………you don’t have to waste money for watching it in the theatre…you can watch it on DVD…….it just is Good in BITS AND PEACES…….
News if out that Saif Ali Khan has rejected a multi crore deal with a corporate movie house.. Wanna know how ‘multi’ was the multi crore deal? Take guess.. 5? No, its 2008! 10? Nope 15? Try Harder.. Its a 30 CRORE rupees deal that Nawab sahab has rejected.
His reasons for the rejection are that the deal will lead to compromise in the quality of roles he chooses to play. Way to go Saify.. hope you show us the quality in Tashan.
After all the rumours and making public eagerly wait, it finally turns out that our Kareena Kapoor would be keeping lajja of her hindustani parampara and not sporting any bikini after all. This was confirmed by Bebo herself in an interview to a TV news channel.
Bikini or no bikini, Tashan promos hint at a LOT of skinshow in the movie.. let us hope it is only Kareena who sheds more clothes and not the other lead actors (do I sense a backlash from girl fans of Akshay, Saif and (!!??) Anil ?)

It’s time for some DHOOM 3 and a lot more as Abbas Mustan turns to some serious action with RACE.
A high adrenalin ride which comes with actors jumping from 20 floors, fast moving cars tumbling on highways, aerial stunts being the order of the day and one lover boy (Saif Ali Khan) getting an image makeover, RACE is already carrying great reports. With hot bods like Bipasha Basu, Katrina Kaif and Sameera Reddy going all out to soar temperatures, RACE is creating some heat already en route to its release this Friday.
Meawhile Yash Raj Films who started it all with DHOOM have yet another ‘masala’ action film, TASHAN, ready for release.
Though Saif Ali Khan is the common factor between TASHAN and RACE, presence of a certain Akshay Kumar has further made a bigger difference to the prospects of this first Yash Raj release of 2008. The production house is looking for a successful box office outing, especially after no-show of LAAGA CHUNARI MEIN DAAG and AAJA NACHLE. TASHAN seems to be a definite shot in the arm as it arrives on 25th April.
Music by Vishal-Shekhar is much in demand too as an impatient wait begins for its late March arrival. As per insiders, the music is something to be watched out for and is all set to give tough competition to RACE which is ruling the charts. Meanwhile Vishal and Shekhar too seem to be all set to have a super-successful run continue from 2007’s OM SHANTI OM to 2008’s TASHAN!
It was way back in September 2007 that the music of OM SHANTI OM released to a blockbuster response.
Though it has been more than six months since the music hit the stands and turned out to be a best seller in 2007, OM SHANTI OM still continues to record good sales all over. Meanwhile its composer duo of Vishal and Shekhar patiently waited for their next project to get ready for its arrival.
And now as the month of March reaches its mid point, Vishal and Shekhar get ready to create some TASHAN.
While the film is releasing on 25th April, it’s promotion is expected to kick start later this week. Meanwhile the music would be hitting the stands only in March end while going by Yash Raj Film’s tradition of spacing the audio and film release by only one month.
In spite of the fact that the selective composer pair didn’t have any other release to their names in last so many months, they have hardly been bothered about this fact. Instead they have continued to focus on their other biggie projects in hands while looking forward to the tremendous response that TASHAN is expected to generate on its release.
Saif Ali Khan has admitted that he and Kareena are having an affair. He said that they are very happy together and he made this statement in front of all the reporters present at the Lakhme Fashion show. When Saif made this statement Kareena was also present there with him and she did not seem to have any objection. Both the stars were seen at the show which was organized by fashion designer Manish Malhotra. Ironically, it was at the same designer’s show during the Wills India Life Style Fashion Week held in New Delhi last year that Kareena walked the ramp with Shahid Kapur to reaffirm their affection. Following a reported break-up between Kareena and her ‘boyfriend-for-four-years’, Shahid Kapur, the actress and Saif have been spotted together at numerous hotspots in Mumbai and Delhi. The two got close on the sets of their new project ‘Tashan’ it is rumored that Shahid has take the split badly and that’s the reason he is avoiding the media.
Shahid should not worry about all these thing because he is a star and he has thousands of fans who will support him and how can we forget that he is the latest Heartthrob of the nation and has huge amount of female fan following so that’s definitely a reason to be happy.
Randhir Kapoor has recently stated that he is worried about Kareena’s excessively strict diet regime.
In an interview, he said that though he was feeling very happy about the way Kareena’s career has been shaping up he is worried that she has been eating almost next to nothing to look fit for her role in the movie.
Everyone has witnessed Kareena shed several kgs after looking disastrously fat in Don (remember Yeh Mera Dil.. ?) she has now come to slim-trim figure in Jab We Met. Someone better tell her pops not to worry too much, we don’t fancy Bebo in her old state again
